We went in with a photograph of a broken piece of plastic from a 30 year old pantry drawer slide. Marc said he would reach out to the distributor and get back to us. We hadn’t made it home yet and Mark called to say that he had found the part. We placed the order and 10 days later we had it. Great service!

We worked with Alexa on our kitchen and bathroom renovations. She listened to our ideas, gave great suggestions, and came up with beautiful rooms that everyone loves. When we were faced with replacing a kitchen following a sprinkler break, Kim at Apex was extraordinarily helpful. Not only did she research the original cabinets to provide an accurate estimate of their replacement cost for our insurance claim, she redesigned the cabinet layout to create additional storage and display space, all within the approved claim amount. She also worked closely with our contractor to make sure cabinet installaion instructions were clear and all materials were on hand. A great experience all around.
